Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to PR and USA Only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses (unless specified).

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at zmonkey.puertorico@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery so we can assist.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or factors outside our control.
