We want you to love your ZMonkey gear as much as we do. If something isn’t right, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.

Returns & Refunds

  • You can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with tags still attached (if apply)

  • Once we receive and check your return, we’ll send you an email update and process your refund back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Want a different size, color, or style? We’re happy to exchange it if the item is still in stock.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items are final sale.

  • All clothes are final sale and Non-Refundable

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.

How to Start a Return

Just send us an email at zmonkey.puertorico@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
